Step-by-Step Setup
- Insert Batteries/Connect Power: Insert 6 AA batteries or connect the AC adapter to the power port.
- Install Tape Cartridge: Open the tape compartment and insert the tape cartridge with the tape feeding toward the cutter.
- Power On: Press the power button to turn on the label maker. The display will show the main menu.
- Set Language: Use the arrow keys to navigate to settings and select your preferred language.
- Set Date/Time: Configure the date and time if your model supports timestamp features.
- Load PC Software: For PC-connected models, install the P-touch Editor software from the included CD or website.
- Test Print: Create a test label to ensure proper tape feeding and print quality.
