Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a clean, stable, and level surface.

Install the Tape Cassette: Open the cassette cover, insert a TZe tape with the printable side down, and close the cover firmly.
Connect to Power: Plug the AC adapter into the port on the rear and connect it to a standard wall outlet.
Power On: Press the POWER button. The LCD will illuminate.
Initial Calibration: The printer will automatically feed a small amount of tape to calibrate itself.

WARNING! Use only the Brother AD-24ES AC adapter provided. Ensure the tape cassette is correctly installed to avoid jams.

First-Time Use

After powering on, follow these steps to create your first label.

Set Language & Units: Press FUNCTION, then use the arrow keys to select "Settings" > "Language" or "Unit".
Create a Label: Use the keyboard to type your text. It will appear on the LCD preview.
Format Text: Use the FUNCTION key with font (F), size (S), style (B/I/U), and alignment keys to format.
Print: Press the PRINT button. The label will be printed and automatically cut if Auto-Cut is enabled.

CAUTION! Do not touch the cutting blade. Keep fingers and objects away from the tape exit slot during printing.

Troubleshooting
