Initial Setup and Charging

  4. Close the cassette cover firmly until it clicks.
  5. Turn on the label maker. The LCD will show the loaded tape width.

Tip: Use only genuine Brother TZe tape cassettes. Do not force the cassette or cover.

Creating Labels

Create labels using the built-in keyboard or the mobile app.

  1. Turn on the label maker.
  2. Type your text using the QWERTY keyboard. Use cursor keys to navigate.
  3. Press FUNCTION to apply formatting: Select font, size, style (bold, italic, underline), frames, or symbols.
  4. Preview the label on the LCD. Adjust as needed.
  5. Press PRINT to print the label. The label will be automatically cut after printing.
  6. Press FEED to advance the tape without printing.
  7. To print multiple copies, press NUMBER key before PRINT and enter quantity (1-9).
