Step-by-Step Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check that all components are present and undamaged.
- Insert Batteries/Power: For portable models, insert AA batteries. For desktop models, connect the AC power adapter.
- Load Label Tape: Open the tape compartment and insert the label tape cartridge according to the directional arrows.
- Power On: Press the power button to turn on the P-touch label maker.
- Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen prompts to set language, date, time, and unit preferences.
- Software Installation: Install P-touch Editor software on your computer for advanced label design (optional).
- Test Print: Create and print a test label to ensure proper operation.
