Step-by-Step Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check contents against the packing list.
- Insert Tape Cassette: Open the cassette compartment and insert the Brother P-touch tape with the ink side facing down.
- Power Connection: Connect the AC power adapter to the label maker and plug into a power outlet.
- Initial Setup: Turn on the device and follow the on-screen prompts to set language, date, and time.
- Software Installation: For PC/Mac connectivity, install P-touch Editor software from the Brother website or included CD.
- Wireless Setup: For wireless models, connect to your Wi-Fi network following the device instructions.
- Test Print: Create and print a test label to ensure proper operation.
